We offer steeldrum music classes for all levels!  No experience is necessary, and we are here to help you succeed! Contact us for more information. Classes sizes are limited.

Classes Include:

LEVEL ONE:

Beginner Steelpan - An Introduction to steelpan.  Learn basic steelpan history, playing techniques, first basic notes and how to play a simple melody.  By the end of this class, a student is expected to play a simple melody using basic first notes.

Fundamentals of Steelpan - A continuance of beginner steelpan that builds on more of the foundational knowledge such as, the chromatic scale, additional playing techniques and basic music theory.  By the end of this class, as student is expected to play the Chromatic Scale, both ascending and descending.

LEVEL TWO:

Intermediate Steelpan - A continuance of level one courses to learn more enhanced melodic and rhythmic musical elements.  An introduction to major scales and continuance of the chromatic scale.  By the end of this class, a student is expected to play different rhythms at increased tempos.

LEVEL THREE:

Advanced Steelpan - A continuance of level two techniques and scales.  By the end of this class a student is expected to play various rhythms and all tempos fluidly.
